Introducing

Office 365

Coming from legacy office licenses, on premises data center and limited interned bandwidth there were quite a few steps to be taken to offer a contemporary working platform.

Starting with eliminating basic demands in a remote area, internet connection bandwidth had to be physically laid out. The firewall required an upgrade to accommodate additional bandwidth and increased security requirements.

Speed & Agility Combined

How should the digital

workspace look like?

Far beyond the pure technical aspects (which is the easy part), substantial work had to be done in order to define how collaboration and communication should work in future.

Matching use cases

With Office 365 functionality

After breaking up target groups, collaboration scenarios and requirements, the individual functions and tools were adapted accordingly.

Matching of use case scenarios with Office 365 functionality was the demanding part. It was decided to roll out functionality on a slower schedule in order to leave time for learning and adapting. This has paid huge dividends and kept interest in the new tools high.

With Office 365 as a platform the basis for increased collaboration was laid out. This foundation will allow for future integration of many processes to come.
