A dashboard was required to allow senior management to evaluate monthly performance on a single sheet. Database connection, calculation of the metrics and presentation layer were all implemented in Excel as the cheapest and quickest solution. First roll-out was implemented based on Bonavistas Microcharts. Later editions were switched to the free addin Sparklines.
